Kelly is a printmaker and papermaker from Unionville, CT. She received a BFA in Printmaking from Hartford Art School and an MFA in Interdisciplinary Book, Paper, and Print Arts from Columbia College Chicago. She currently lives in San Diego and teaches remotely with University of West Florida.
